All 55 female designers were asked the same set of questions, referencing their current position, how they got there and any challenges they faced. Also, we pushed the boat out a little to see if they had ever experienced any sexism in this industry.

Let’s take a look at the fabulous individuals who took part, thanking them once again for their participation.

Two weeks ago I was contacted by Luc Arnold, founder Spicy Web Designers, asking me to tell his audience a little more about how I got started in web design. Several of the web designers that inspire me have been interviewed on his site as well, so it’s a tremendous honor to be “part of the club”.

Unuidesign received a new award for their unique and clean design, this time from UniqueCSS.com.
