I have a few recommendations, if I may be so bold:

– Break up your About page text a bit more. The longer paragraphs make for a tough read. Bumping up the font size and cutting them into shorter paragraphs would help.
– See if you can bring the quotes at the top (nice touch!) into the body content a bit more. That’d make them seem insightful, useful, and complimentary to the overall design.
– And finally, because I like the nav, in the future you might consider variations on the header background for each page. Perhaps move the branding into the black bar and the quote into that brighter section? That’d be slick.
